Destroyed knit top. Uniquely constructed and deconstructed by hand. Ideal for layering and adding texture. The fabric is elastic and adapts to different sizes. The tears are reinforced with stitching. Each piece is handmade by me in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
From Buenos Aires, Argentina, ARXE started as a hands-on exploration of textiles. I grew up where humidity wore down walls, teaching me to see beauty in change and decay. At the University of Buenos Aires, I applied this perspective to design. I work intuitively- cutting, joining, burning, and reshaping. Each piece reflects time, transformation, and use.
